This is a small sample of some of the 2500 street art photographs that I have collected in London over the past few years. Street Art usually refers to unsanctioned art, as opposed to government sponsored initiatives. The term can include traditional graffiti artwork, sculpture, stencil graffiti, sticker art, and street poster art.
In later months I will focus on different themes and areas
I have mainly found my examples of street art along a thin corridor between Old Street and Brick Lane on the eastern side of the City of London.
The good thing about this type of photography is that it is both easy, interesting, and constantly changing – you can also do it in any weather.
